Healthy Relationships - Participants will explore the steps to achieving a happy and healthy relationship. Topics include effective communication, how your unresolved baggage can get in your way and choosing the right mate.         

Budgeting - Participants will explore the steps to achieving financial freedom. Topics include creating a financial plan, how to make your money go farther and the keys to achieving wealth.          

Staff Development Training

Professionalism - Participants will learn appropriate dress and behaviors for the work environment. Participants will also learn how to interact in a professional manner with clients, other staff, supervisors and the public. Topics include social skills in the workplace, effective communication skills, and ethics.           

Effective Communication Skills - Participants will explore ways to communicate their message in the best  possible way. Topics include barriers to effective communication, getting people to hear what you have to say and dealing with difficult people.          

Train-The-Trainer - Participants will learn the skills needed to provide effective training and workshop facilitation. Topics include learning various facilitation methods, using visual aids and how to develop an effective curriculum.

Social Skills - Participants will explore the skills needed to make friends, succeed in school and understand how their actions affect others.     

Making Positive Choices - Participants will learn the skills needed to ward off negative influences. Topics include – the importance of who you hang out with, the truth about drugs and alcohol and the secrets to achieving your dreams.           

Relationships 101 – FOR TEENS ONLY - Participants will explore the 10 tips for teen dating. Topics include what makes a relationship healthy, effective communication with your boyfriend or girlfriend and the facts and myths in regards to sex and intimacy.
