Staff Development Training

Professionalism - Participants will learn appropriate dress and behaviors for the work environment. Participants will also learn how to interact in a professional manner with clients, other staff, supervisors and the public. Topics include social skills in the workplace, effective communication skills, and ethics.           

Effective Communication Skills - Participants will explore ways to communicate their message in the best  possible way. Topics include barriers to effective communication, getting people to hear what you have to say and dealing with difficult people.          

Train-The-Trainer - Participants will learn the skills needed to provide effective training and workshop facilitation. Topics include learning various facilitation methods, using visual aids and how to develop an effective curriculum.
